confused bad brakes

Hi all

On my car ( see my signature ) , I have never liked the brakes.

Recently I have drained the brake fluid by pumping it out the bleed valves, replaced it with DOT4 fluid. I have replaced the Disks, and pads, checked for air in the system, everything, but still the brakes is not good.

Any ideas I can go for ?
