Yokohama A539s aren't bad. Pricey, but then most good tyres are.

something like the Pirelli Dragos are good value and an excellent tyre!

best 15" tyre i had was Yoko A509 (you can still get them if you politely ask)
2nd best 15" tyre i had was Bridgestone Potenza RE710
3rd best 15" i had was Michelin MXF Club
worst was Pirelli P500 (one burnout bye bye)

I now have MXF Club on back (they last forever) and Grids on front, both 255's

I go through a set of tyres every 7 months, my stopid driving style

Barefoot

I just put Hankook K406 215's on mine and although I have only had them a little while they seem to be miles ahead of the old re92's that were on there.
They are cheap and are silica based too.
