EDCLASSIC

I've been having this prob for a while....when braking slowly say at 20 km/h the brakes seem stick? and a bit jolty....the car seems to feel the vibration.
My diff has a little give in it (cause it's a little worn) which makes a whoop whoop tapping sounds. The brakes have recently been machined and checked...any ideas?
