Question Brakes

Rotors are grinding a groove in brake housing,already replaced rotors and pads, have not looked at wheel bearings yet but they do not seem to be sloppy! 92 Crown Vic.

what do you mean by housing, is there a protective shield around the rotor?

The rotor is grinding on the top side of the caliper.
