Re: brakes n carby probs

Sounds like sticking pistons, or warped discs, check the discs and replace or get machined if possible, the brakes may need an overhall.

Was it front or rear causing the problem.

Idle problem sound slike fuel pump or fuel filter, check those first, or it may even be a worn distributor it may be the timing moving in and out causing the problem.
How does it feel under load when accelerating.

I did put something here, but it vanshied, I think

"So long and thanks for all the fish!"

confused Re: brakes n carby probs

i have checked out the breakes and they seem a ok ,my break peddle i only have to just touch it and its pulling me up .btw the slave silinders are quite free at thr rear where the problem is.
with the carby problem ,its not the timing or the bistributor as its the same with 3 different distributors, the car has only just gone over a dyno tune system and about 2 weeks after that the problem started

well the brake problem seemed to have fixed itself some how might of just been the lak of use ,beets me .
the carby prob has me stuffed now and then it startes easy and other times it floods ,when this happens it runs rough for a little while then comes right but stalls when stoping .allways burns black pipe all the time.
