Hey guys,

Has anyone, or does anyone know whats involved in fitting those huge 355 x 32mm vented and cross-drilled discs with huge four-pot calipers at the front, and rear where the vented discs are 330mm and the calipers still four-pot From a TS50/250Pursuit Ute onto a Series 2 AU XR8.

I want to know if the disks just simply slide on inplace of the standards, and the calipers just bolt on, or does the whole sub axle need to be changed. What else? brake lines? Master Cylinder?

Cmon Guys, i want big brakes, and if i can get these over the counter from ford(As their fitted factory to the TE/TS50 and 250 Pursuit utes, im sure engineering certificate wont be a problem.

Oh yeah. i know you need 18" wheels to clear the caliper :>

Never done it before but you sure can get it over the counter at FORD...I know NEW OAK FORD at Oakleigh has em in stock. Price-wise, I think it's around the 4 grand range. Not cheap though. However you might want to ask around if the BREMBO ones really make a difference coz there was someone saying a while back that the BREMBO fitted ones didn't work as good as it looked. Not very sure, just remember to ask around.
