The ones in the 2nd shot on the EL are the Tickford rim's in 17's and I don't believe they come any bigger than this.

Re: can i get an opinion on these wheels?

The Gladiators have a similar look to the Tickfords, but they are a bit thiner.
I picked up a set of 17x8 Gladiators for $660 from the wreckers.
What car are they for?

Heres a pic of mine on the car, but i painted them white.
I personally think the Gladiators look tougher than the Tickfords.

Re: can i get an opinion on these wheels?

thanks for the pics mate!

it's handy to see them actually on a car. they do look pretty damn sweet. they're for my ef gli - which hopefully won't be quite so gli when i'm done with it.

the only bad thing is you'll be able to see the boring old calipers all too clearly. i'll just have to do something about that.

and hey, what did u do about the csa badges on the wheels? did u just paint over them? i'm considering getting some tickford badges put on when i finally get them.

Yes i painted over the CSA caps.

Re: can i get an opinion on these wheels?

awesome dude, cheers!

the guy gave me a quote for a wheel + tyre package. $2100. the tyres are like 'nexen' or something like that? anyone heard of them? they look alright, but i wouldn't regard them as a reputable brand.
