My coolant is get dirty and is in need of changing, I was just wondering how much coolant will be needed after I flush it?

Also how much do Springs cost, im wanting to lower my car.

From memory it's 15 litres in total, of which up 33-50% should be coolant and the rest distilled water.

From www.performanceparts.com.au I paid $210 including postage for low springs, though the prices may have changed.

u can get cheap "premixed" coolant and better shit. just run cheap shit coz most likely something will fuk up and u will LOOSE IT lol bloody shit heater hose grrrrr

springs vary on wether or not u "know" someone, u gonna DIY or get some joint to fit em?

for the genuine ford article ya'll need about $60 but well worth it, it wont screw ya heads like tectaloy. and its 15L..... ish.
got no idea aboot springs tho

Personally I recommend Nulon brand coolants with 50/50 mix.

I use' to use the expencive coolant but after 2 headgaskets and a leaking heater core, ive decided to use CLEAN TEAM pre mixed coolant. When the new motor is in, i will use decent coolant

Ill be getting the springs done by someone else, ill have a talk with a guy I know and ill see if he can help me out.

I usually use the expensive coolant but I might use a mid price-ranged coolant for this.

buy a 5L bottle of concentrate and follow the directions so that your coolant is between 33 and 66% (i think, check the book) ethelene glycol. dont use the cheap stuff cause it is only about 6% and wont prtect your engine from corrosion or boiling over.
