I am considering purchasing a set of alloy wheels either 16" or 17" for a ford falcon EA and i was wondering about the size of tyres so that my speedo does not go out.
So wat is the correct tyre size on an EA with 16"
And wat is the tyre size for an EA with 17"
If the EAs original tyres are 205/65-15, then the correct size for a 16" wheel will be 215/55-16 (or 235/50-16 if you can get that size) . If you decide to buy 17" wheels, 235/45-17 tyres will maintain the accuracy of your speedo.
