EB lowered springs into XE???

Does anyone know if a set of lowered king springs from an eb would fit a xe fairmont ghia? Im doubting it but wondering if anyone knows for certain

The easiest way would be to ask the King springs people themselves. The EA had an all-new front suspension, so I doubt it would have any interchangable parts with its predecessor.

This link to their site suggests that the rears might be interchangeable but the fronts are not, for the reasons described by Jack.

Note that the raised rear EB spring is the same part # as the std height rear XE spring. Though the lowered ones vary.

Fronts cannot be interchanged - different dia spring. Rears are interchangeable except that specs for spring rate/ride height varied slightly.

confused

I Put xf super lows in the rear of my 92 Eb2 and it didn't sit very low, went down about two inches instead of 3.
