The other day I was pulled over by police officers, telling me that my brake lights did n't work, they were about to fine me. I pressed the brake again while they were there and the brake lights worked. Luckily I was given a caution. What could the problem be?

So they can fine you even tho u dont know they are not working??? That sounds dodgy too me
