I notest a thread a while ago regarding proving lowering ammount of a vehical. My insurance company wants proof the vehical hasnt be lowered by more than 30mm from factory height. I noted that somone had a photocopy of the suspension allignment settings for an AUXR6 which gave the height for the vehical to be at for allignment settings. I was wondering if anyone had any such data for the EL fairmont, with and without tickford suspension. The tickford suspension was an option on the vehical so id like to get the alignment/height specs for that setting and take it as 30mm down on that.

So, if anyone has the ford alignment settings for the Tickford suspension/XR6 from the EL, id be greatly apreciative.

ok, another way, can somone with an EF/L XR6 measure their 'eyebrow' height, from the center of the guard to the bottom of the guard lip.

My insurance asked for the same thing. I just took my report from pedders which said the car was lowered correctly and in accordance with the victorian rules and they accepted it.
