G'day XR8beast.
Yeah I can comment on this one! My EL2XR8 was in need of some new suspenders, since the originals had become rather soft and the springs were sagging at the back end. I looked around and asked people, and the concensus was to go for the King/Koni setup, which appears to be what you have decided on! Good choice mate :)
Anyway, mine got King "Superlow" springs, which dropped it by about 2" all round, and also got Koni adjustable shocks all round as well. I figured that with the occasional long runs I do, that it would be handy to soften things when needed, so the adjustables seemed to fit the bill. As for the springs, I basically bit the bullet and decided that speed bumps and gutters be damned! I wanted a nice low stance, and a lower centre of gravity :)
I'm really pleased with the results, the handling is a world better than stock, and needless to say I can drive it a fair bit harder in the turns. The downside is that the tyres are getting a harder time :)
Anyway mate, here's a before pic of my beast, with standard suspenders...

and with the raunchier suspenders..

Hope this helps mate! If you like, I can dig up the invoice with the prices on it..
Cheers
