OkLaHoMaF150 Registered User Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 5	F150 Braking Shimmy I also posted this in the F150 Forum but I figured I might as well try here also... Im new here and have a little problem with my F150. I have an 01 Ford Supercrew 4x4 and recently noticed this problem getting worse and worse. I bought the truck with 114k miles on it and it now has 122k miles. Since then a problem has occured with the braking. When I put on the brakes, it will cause the truck to shake. I put new brake pads on this last weekend and that didnt solve anything. The rotors look perfect and there are no deep scores or excessive wear. I did notice that the upper and lower A-arm bushings were looking a little dry rotted. Could that cause the shimmy that is taking place?
