Arrow Fitting AU2 lower control arm

Hey guys, my AU2 RHS lower control arm has been bent, I was wondering if it is possible to change it with home mechanic tools, or is there fancy nuts and bolts on it?

has anyone done it? any tips for it?

cheers

steve
