Has anyone bought a package through these guys, specifically one to suit an XD Falcon? Are you happy with it? Did you install yourself? Any info would be much appreciated - or horror stories for that matter!!!!! (hope not)

Re: Hopper Stoppers brake packages

I bought a front disc package for an XW last year. I would guess that the basic package would be similar. I opted for the slotted rotors and Lucas pads

The guys from Hoppers fitted it and did an excellent job. They even fixed the leaking fuel ine free of charge

I have done some track time at Phillip Island and Sandown with standard brakes and the hoppers package and the difference is phenomenal!!!

Re: Hopper Stoppers brake packages

No spongier. I could use a vacuum tank tho' it can be a bit variable, but this is engine related

Re: Hopper Stoppers brake packages

Currently I'm running DBA golds and uprated pads for the track , problem is they work great for the first few big stops but quickly fade - even with new pads. This is why I need an all-round package and was hoping someone had fitted them and could tell me about their fade resistance as well as balance- wondering if the 1" booster will be up to the job?
