and just to ad kerrys comments you need to remove the stub assemblys to remove and refit the ball joints so do the struts at the same time BUT you will need specialist tools to do either as for cost cannot help i have been out of the game to long cheers greg

Yeah the best way ive found to remove the Stub axle is with a heat gun and a pry bar.

Big Cppper hamer may be of some help aswell.
