Hi all I was just wondering if anyone knew how much the Super Low King Springs would lower the AU Falcon?? I have been told that its around 2" off standard. Not that much of a difference really then with the sports suspension. Anyone with an lowered AU??

I know that for the older cars, Super Low means 50-60mm. I know it's annoying that some people measure in mm and others in inches, but that's the way it is.

Hmm i might have to get them custom made or something.
I think I need a drop of around 2" to look good.

well on my EF they are Very noticable . .
AU .. maybe need a larger drop then 2" ..
perhaps 3..

As a guide Kings low are equivelant to the XR ride height, i suspect your car is the same as the XR's. Super low will drop it another 30mm.

Also if you require custom lowering ie a specific height KMac suspension have a coil machine on site and can lower/raise your springs to what ever you want, and there very accurate as well.
I had my fronts on the wagon done by them, and there prices are reasonable as well.

Don't know about King but Pedders take the AU 60mm
That's how much my AU is lowered. Looks pretty wicked.

Super Low is 2 inches off standard ride height, but i dunno if that is AUI or AUIII ride height, (they came lower in AUIII guise) 2 inches is more than you think, i just put SuperLow kings in my XR on the weekend, the top of the rear wheel sits juuust under the guard and the front is about 1cm off it (i have been told they will 'settle' and the front will drop a little) this is with the factory 15" wheels too! they are 2 inches lower than standard EB, but XRs are 1 inch lower than standard, so it should have gone down an inch but think i got a little more than an inch though... still legal and insurable, but i wont be completely happy until i have to swerve to avoid the 'cats eyes' on the road

If you went for a complete changeover with springs and shocks at 60mm the price is around the $1,200 mark

Handling is awesome and ride on smooth hot mix roads is incredible
On rougher roads it's still damn good but i would say Koni's or Bilstein's would be better.
Going over railway lines ain't much fun

I keep my tyre pressure at 40psi warm. 36 cold at a guess
You could lower it a little to improve the ride a bit.
