Bottom lip to top of guard is not a good way to measure, as different profile tyres will affect the "real" measurement. Either measure from the guard lip to the road, or the guard lip to the centre of the wheel cap. For Lows on an AU, it should be around 660 for Low and 640 for Superlow (guard to road), or 360/340 for guard to centre of rim.

I do agree with u but that is how Pedders do it and they said my Kings springs will measure 560 from the bottom of the rim lip to the top of guard !!!
Anyway the above measurement will be accurate if we all measure the same way. It is for my reference only.
p.s it won't matter because with the increase measurement of the rim the tyre is supposed to decrease by the same amount to keep the overall diameter the same and to keep the speedo correct and cops happy !!!
Assuming you are using 16" rims, your 360/340mm at the centre will be 563.2/543.2mm from the bottom rim lip.
Thanks
