I was wondering If anyone here can suggest some lightweight wheels..

I would need to know the name, weight, 16" , price, and where you saw them..

the only light weight rims I can think of (other than magnesium) are the spun aluminum rims. Not sure who makes them, but i will get back to you on that.

Check out the Volk TE-37s. I think they are 9lbs for a 16X7 I saw them in the PT bulk buy section-but it wasn't a bulk buy...

I think the RX-7 wheels are 16's and they weigh about 13lbs.

I would have to agree with this volk makes some of the lightest wheels I have seen but I think tire rack list's weight not sure though.

One other place was sport compact car ran an issue with a wheel buyers guide. I will try and hunt it down to bring you some info.

ONE ANSWER TO THIS! The Racing Hart 15 inch CP-035's!

The 16's are probably only a couple pounds heavier. If I am not mistaken, the CP-035's are the lightest wheels on the market. I am not sure what kind of metal they use, but it's probably not Aluminum. All I know is that they are light as hell, but VERY expensive! Those are the rims that I would like to get, one day when I've got a few thousand bucks to throw at them.

There is a bulk buy on p-talk right now for volk rims if it goes through I will def. be in on it. Anyone remotely interested should at least check it out. less than 500 for ALL FOUR. this is ridiculously cheap in case you don't know.

Guess you should have thought about that before you bought such low springs! LOL! Just as long as you get low profile tires, you can probably go with larger rims without any problems right?
