not to hard, i changed a pair of shock absorbers in an old bmw, not very hard, mind u i had all the tools and a car hoist. but if u have a good set of tools and a pair of jack stands and a 1500kg jack and a workshop manual u'd be able 2 do it urself, but if ur gonna change to super low u should consider changing to a lowered shock absorber to have correct bump and rebound, so the ones in the car dont bottom out. a pair of SPRING COMPRESSORS are a must.
