Lowering the Landau!!

Guys, I ahve a 75 Landau, stock in excellent condition.
If I wanted to drop my front end by 1 1/2", is it as simple as having the springs changed or should I change shocks as well. Also, would that put any additional pressure on the front end?
Cheers

50.00 mm blocks rear , replacement front springs at 55 mm drop , good shocks , and take a look at the sway bars .. a rear bar and heavier front will be the go .
