Hi all im wanting to lower my xr8 in the upcoming weeks and im wanting the front guard to sit right on the front tyre and the rear tyre to be slightly under the rear guard what springs will give me this look or do i have to purchase lowered springs and then get them compressed? i know theres lots of ppl on here who have lowered xr8's so any info would be appreciated

Do you really want to go that low, mine has a gap of about 5mm on the front(if that) and you can fit 1-2 finger's between the gaurd and tyre on the rear,it sit's level and really nice but I think any lower and I'll have big trouble on the road.

yeh i do want it to be slammed i really only drive it on weekends
id want under 1 finger gap on the front and the rear under the guard
not ridiculously low just a nice sleek looking feel where it doesnt lean forward and the back is slightly lower than the front
theres a pic of a black series 1 xr on aufalcon.com that sits really nicely
u got any pics of ur car?
what springs u got in it?
my mate has a red series 2 xr and its low like that pretty much no gaps at all but i wanna go that slight bit lower

id like it to sit like AUGSMK's car that has a nice stance to it with just a bit of tyre under the guard on the rear

Put coilovers in it then you raise & lower it when you want.I think FTRWPN? has a setup like that.

do u have a picture of ur xr8 galaxy xr8?
how bout if i put pedders superlows in the front and kings spring ultra lows in the back any idea of how it would sit then?
does anyone have a picture of any ford with ultra lows in it?
is there a thread with hoops xr8?

2 inches on the front and 2.5 on the back will bring it to the height u want and make it level unlike factory style springs
