id like to know if there are any specific concerns when lowering an XD sedan, im probably not just going to cut the springs but buy new springs, could anybody tell me the specifications of these?

don't know what spec's ya after. I'd go for a high quality brand for the front spings and all the shocks. Get the rear spings reset, don't put on blocks..

Either get rear leaves rest (straightened) or u can buy lowering blocks for around $50 for 2inch lowering. Front springs, get some King springs $119 a pair.

With the rear leaves - do it the right way and get them professionally reset. It's not that expensive - I was quoted about $150 to have it done done properly here in Melbourne - this is of course for me to remove the springs and take them in to them!

Actually - are lowering blocks still legal?

AFAIK, they are illegal, Ok to buy but not to fit.

Do it one and do it properly!

Shop around for springs , some smaller spring makers do a great deal !!
I used blocks on my ute, passes rego ever time, they don't even look
