orright i'll go out and get pics but i cant garuntee quaility
the ed has 157,000km's on the clock
and it cost me 3950

oh and i guess i can say this now because there isn't a threat to my car anymore
they had a un reg, un rwc gold/brown eb xr6 sedan 1993 AFIK there with duel fuel
for only 34** something there but to me it seemed like just a ed gli with xr badges rims and all that stuff but i could be wrong only had a quick look at it last week and it still was there today so maybe someone could have a look
they say its an ed but i say it's an eb xr cause it dont have the twinlight things but it has the ed grille
at melbournes cheapest cars on keys road

Tommi, ED grills don't fit EB bonnets.

And Melbourne's cheapest cars are a bunch of pricks. When I was there looking for a car they were breaking so many laws it's not funny. Any car sold at a car yard over $3000 has to be supplied with a RWC, so that "XR6" is a good example.

I was going to buy an EA S pac from there (3 speed CFi, what was I thinking?!). $1750, NO WHERE on the details sheet did it say it was sold 'as is'. That's also illegal.

I'm guessing you got your's without RWC? Illegal.

oh and forgot to ask don't know if he is just bsing but
went to my mechanich today and he told me that the 94 model ed's had ef motors in them or part of the ef motors or some crap like that because they were the run out models btw it's a 3/94 model is this true?
because i remember the eb ghia i looked at sounded like my old car when it started up and this sounds almost the same as my dad's old au once it starts up so i sorta think it has ef stuff in it

Yes, late EDs did have EF parts in them. TIKFD6's XR is one such example. I doubt March would have EF parts, but then again, my Febuary EB is pretty much an ED.

Best way to check; half moon on the rocker cover, if it's metal you've most likely got EF bits, if you've got the rubber grommet most likely no EF bits.

A 94 dated head should also give it away (?).
