What is it with service these days?

Recently turning 17, and spending over $6,000 on my car now since the purchase, you would think that people that I am regulars to would have some respect for you.

Im an Adelaide bloke, And I decided to go through a Blackwood tyre dealer for both my $2,800 set of ROH Minalos, and (1 year later) another set of BF goodrich Profiler G 245/45/16 tyres ($520 for the two)

Last night I had the privilege of running over a piece of iron or the like on the road, slicing one of the inside walls (so it leaks). Rang my tyre dealer this morning, told them the story- And they made no attempt to look to see wether they could order the tyre, or get it fixed for me.

So I rang another tyre dealer in adelaide, to get told that the set of tyres that I was sold, (BF goodrich profiler G 245/45/16) Were no longer made, or listed with BF goodrich.. What the? Then whats the set on my rear rims then?

I dont know where to go from here. Every dealer is trying to convince me to run a kumho on the other side, but why? I take pride in the car, and running it like that would just look stupid.

Can someone help here? Is there any specialised places that I can see to get my tyre fixed (anywhere please!).. As it would really get me out of a rather annoying -and expensive situation.

First of all find out for certain those tyres aren't available any more, check google.

If they are, tell em you wan't em, if they aren't, well you'll have to live with it.

Try other tyre shops. Remain calm.
