Monroe catalogue

Howdy fellas (and gals!),

Would any of you fine people have the current Monroe catalogue in PDF format??? I have called a few places and all have quoted different part numbers for shocks for my beloved XF. A friend can get any shocker combo from XE up for $190 for four shocks, but he needs a part number.

XF Sedan Monroe GT Gas
Front 153101
Rear 150202

Maybe these other numbers you have been quoted are for Sensatrac or some other type of Monroe.

Burson just emailed me. The part number according to them is: 17-4101 for the front and 17-4202 for the back. These are Sensatrac units, the ones I wanna buy.
Oh wait, Repco sent an email just now. They are quoting the same numbers. Either way, the four Sensatracs will cost me $190. Thanks guys. ViGiLaNtE, could you check prices for these part numbers, please.

Sorry to hijack you thread XF_Boy but I was going to post looking for advice on replacement shocks for an AU Fairmont.

The suspension is standard and I am just going to replace the standard marshmallow shocks.

Which ones would suite best? Sensatrac, or is there something more suitable.

Don't worry about it. Sensatracs are good cause you can still have comfort when driving like a sane person. When the speed bug bites and you just have to take that corner at 100 k's, thats where the Sensatracs shine. Pedders are also good but pricey.
