new wheel size affecting speedo

this isn't happening to me (yet) but your wheels being bigger will **** with your speedo, right? so apart from getting lower profile tires, is there a way to correct the speedo or are u stuffed?

usually as the diameter of the rims get bigger the profile gets lower so that the overall diameter stays the same.

so long as the outside tyre diameter DOESNT change there will be no problems.

Jaycar sell a kit that corrects the error in your electronic speedo.
