Im after a set of tyres (205/65R15) that are basically cheap and last as long as possible (i do a fair bit of highway driving), but arent scary to drive on. i have looked around and found the bridgestone RE88 tyres to be what im thinking about getting. the RE92's which are the most popular ones are apparently a softer compound and are an earlier model tyre and not as good as the RE88. Bob jane sell the RE88 for $140, quickfit $160, and JAX $105. i was quite shocked at the price difference and it makes me think that for $105 they are a good buy. can someone please give me an insight as to if the RE88's are a decent tyre and thats a good price, or what a better tyre would be for the same price :hy:
