Outback/1 tonne tyres

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the Firestone tyres as fitted to Outback utes (& I think also 1 tonne/Tradesman utes) are still available?

I have done a bit of checking, but can't find them. Does anyone have suggestions as to alternatives?

Cheers.

I can't answer those questions but I know the size was 205/75/15 which shouldn't be too hard to find. Many soft roaders with that size these days - the load rating may be much lower though.

Re: Outback/1 tonne tyres

Yeah, load rating and tread pattern. I've got 16" mags on it so I'm after a tyre that'll be better on dirt roads, etc like the original 8-plies. Usually find that 4x4-type tyres in that size do not have the load rating, most LT tyres are too road-oriented. Luckily I'm not in a hurry though!

Edit: The tyres are still available they are Firestone ASR, get them from places that sell Bridgestone tyres.
