Rattley rear

I've got a rattle in the back end of my XF, which I believe is coming from the arms. Has anyone ever replaced the bushes in them and if so, how?

Similar noise from the front end. What does worn spring seats sound like?

Re: Rattley rear

There are a couple of ways you can do it, either remove the arms, press out the old bushes using a hydraulic press, and press new ones in, or you can get exchange control arms with new bushes already installed, it's not that hard a job to do.

Also check the bottom shock mount bolts on the back end, the rattle could be coming from those.
