how much were your wheels?? and how much guard work did you need??

$2000 wheels, $160 each for tyres. No guard work needed (they don't scrape).

i'm looking at a set of simmons FR 17's 3000 bucks with rubber an guard work. but i knew boyds were ****ing expensive so i just wanted to compare, what kind of rubber did you get for 160?

Im looking at Speedy wheels, very similar to the EA GT wheels, $1220ish for 4 without rubber.

Just been looking at the GT... maybe the chrome ones would look better...

that's a bloody good price for FR17's with rubber and guard work. I was quoted $3500 for polished FR17's with 235/45 Falken rubber on the front and 255/45 Falken rubber on the back....and that was WHOLESALE!! I'd get em man, seriously, they are MAD wheels and really suit the EA-ED shape.

I got Federal 595 tyres (235/45's). I dunno if $160 is the normal RRP, I've never checked it out. They are sweet tyres, heaps of stick plus the tread looks cool.
