No doubt all those on the Tour probably heard my squeaking wheels on my White AU XR6 VCT while i was driving around the carparks.

I'm about to take it back to the dealer to ge them to fix it (again) and i was wondering if anyone who heard it might be able to give me some clue as to what may be causing it..

Is it all the time or just on take off and then disappears after a bit, and is it a high pitched squeak or a groan you can sort of feel as well as hear?

Had a similar prob........Dealer fixed it and said it was rear brakes binding

Check the slide pins on the caliper, they dry out and start squeeking. More noticable at low speed and bumpy road.

I only hear it at low speeds, but not sure if it is still there at normal speeds.. It's more of a squeak than any groans.. I'll make sure they check the brakes and the caliper pins..

It's going in on Monday... will update on what they did to fix it...

Well, they fixed it.. looked at the Job card.. they checked the suspension, Brakes and handbrake and didn't find anything actually wrong. However, as it doesn't squeak anymore, it probably just neede re-aligning or something..

They even changed the battery in the remote for me... Having a good roll with Alto Ford... It's a pity that i only have until Monday week left on my warranty.. time to trade up to a T3...
