Aussiblue NB & NCII V8 Fairlanes Join Date: Feb 2001 Location: Bibra Lake Western Australia Posts: 2,756	Is a Steering Rack swap a better option. The neoprene mount bushes in my NB Fairlane have failed again (seem to last around 5 years) and I was wondering if it was worth getting the later series rack that from the shop manual appear to have an improved mount system that would fit. Are the later E series racks a direct swap and do the mounts last longer? Are there any other advantages or disadvantages of going down this road? Alternativly does anyone market firmer longer lasting mount bushes? __________________ Regards Blue
