It's just as the same!not any lower, nothing. The man sayed he might try to compress the springs!

A few hours ?? give it a little bit longer than that!!

When I got my low king springs, and koni's in, I thought it didnt look any different at all.

the next day, after there had been enough time for them to settle, the car was about 1.5 " lower. !!

As far as i know the spring settles abit but not much. From what i know AU Xr's have equivelant Kings Low, so if you want to drop it another inch from stock, you need Superlows.

Can anyone else clarify?

when i got the super-duper low rear springs the car didn't look any different when i drove it away, but 2 days later, i notice i lost nearly 1"

just give it time and it should be ok.

au guy lost more than an inch i think when he replaced his factory springs with my old rears, but he took the car for a good thrashing before he saw any results

$900 for springs only is abit steep. One thing thats a benefit with Kings there about 30% uprated compared to the stock ones.

Hmmm thats wierd, 1 inch. lowering in a matter of a day. With my springs i noticed the height difference straight away after the car is jacked down and it stays that way perhaps lowers it self like 1-2mm over a week for settling. Didn't think springs would compress so much. Perhaps the reason for this is i don't have super duper low springs.

$900 for 4 wheels springs+shocks.Monroe is cheaper than koni(it would be over $1000).
It's getting better and better.you still car see the rear upper rim but it's definitely about 3 cm lower than before. The ride is stiffer too.
