Suspension Kit for my EF

Hi,

After a bit of a handling improvement for my EF (4.0, manual).
After a bit of research I decided on a whiteline works kit and was quoted $1900 to have one fitted. Unfortunately there would be about a 3 week delay to get all the parts in.

The same shop gave me this suggestion:
King Springs (low)
Koni Shocks - apparently better then the ones in the whiteline kitt
Kmac Castor and Cambre kit
White line front and rear sway bars

This came to $2200.

Has anyone else done the same level of modifications to an EF / EL?
I am not going to race it at clubs or anything just want a nice handling car. I don't want a bone jaring ride either, this is one of the reasons I am interested in whiteline, the article on the website seemed to indecate that the ride will not feel every bump in the road.

I have already put on a DEV5, some DBA brakes, so the next step I want to tackle is the suspension. Does the above seem like overkill? Should I just go with springs and shocks?

Re: Suspension Kit for my EF

i just purchased a whiteline low sports kit for my ef. im going to get some help from a mate and install it myself.

comes with Shockers and Springs. i was tempted to go the works kit, but couldnt afford it right now, i can just add the sway bars etc later.

alot of people around here seem to think good of whiteline kits, so i went for it.

came to $887 including freight.
