Those 17"Tickford wheels sure look good but Hey!clip a curb and you can do some serious damage (I know my driving aint what it used to be, but I'm only aiming for the apexes).
Do any of you guys know where or how you can get these whells repaired.

Hi,

I got my rims repaired at Neale Wheels in Strathfield, after I clipped a gutter when a semi trailer decided it liked my lane better...Cost $38.50 including GST.

I got Beaurepaires to repair the rim when I buckled one, that cost roughly $250 (it had to be re rolled) I also had to get new tyres then so I am not sure of the exact price.

I'm pretty sure Bob Jane repair the wheels on site, if they are'nt busy I beleive they do it on the spot. Depending on how bad the damage is.

i have had a few wheels repaired by some guys who are in thornliegh they are great a little expensive but really good you cant evn tell they have beeen repaired if you want there number e mail johnmans@atu.com.au

Thanks guys, Maybe I should have been more specific. These are the wheels on the AU 11 XR8 and unfortunately the tyres dont afford any protection, the spokes and rim are virtually one surface and if you clip a curb you can put quite large and deep scores into these flat surfaces. So as I see it any repair would require a degree of skill and also afterwards a respray to the Tickford paint spec. I thought all this would require a specialist rather than the normal tyre and wheel dealer, but I may be wrong.

Try my friend Axel at Vehicle Color Design Centre on (02)9638-1069.
I know he does this sort of thing for a wheel shop.
I'm sure of cost or waiting time.

I've just put in my AJR signature 18" rim in today to get fixed. This is my second repair, first was my girlfriends doing. This time it looked not so bad until we noticed a second dent and the whole wheel is buckled. Not happy.

Neals Wheels isnt only a tyre shop they are wheel builders and have been for 20years that iI know of they would be the most experianced in Sydney also the cheapest.
