I am looking at picking up some Mickey Thompson ET streets for the Mark VIII and was wondering if anyone has had experiences with these tires? I have seen so many hot rods this year at the shows with them so I have to assume they are a good tire. I am looking for a good set of tires for the rear that can be driven daily and are GUARANTEED to hook at the track. Currently, the car loses it big time into second gear on my street radials.

I'd recommend going with the new Nitto NT05R's in the rear and NT05's in the front. This is a fairly new tire from Nitto and they are hitting the tracks hard this year. Some people are saying they think they may be better than the ET streets as well but you'd have to find out for yourself.
