I am haveing trouble getting the brake booster to work as stated above I have bleed the brake about a dozen times now and the peddle goes straight to the floor while bairly pulling the car up.
I have reconditioned all of the callipers and the master cyl and the booster the only thing that I have changed is the rear brakes from xw drum to xf disk. I ahve just purchased a comp cams vacume catch can but will this fix my proble any help would be helpful as after 5years bulding this thing and trying to pull up 500hp like it is is scary.

You can try installing the vacuum canister. Its kind of a reserve vacuum supply for the brakes. The big cam at an idle does not create much vacuum so the cans are installed. Right now you have very low vacuum to the brake booster.

I have installed the vacume cannister and had brakes for about 3 sets of lights then nothing very scarry 4 lanes of incoming traffic and no breaks.......can anyone help me.

Found out the problem today and its a bit embaressing I had installed the front callipers on the rong sides thus trapping an air bubble and even though it was bread clear it kept a pocket of air in the fluid.
As a word of warning for all xr-xy owners please be careful as this was a verry easy mistake but a hard one to find.
