what psi to run 235/40/r18

Hi can anyone tell me what pressure to run my tyres, they are 235/40/r18 ? i'm not after comfort or but rather i don't want the tires to wear out to quick hehe, cause their damn expensive, but also am after abit more grip, haha is that even possible?

between 28 - 32psi doesnt matter what size tyre you got they all run at the same
