hey guys,

after a spin out a couple of months ago which resulted in a gutter making impact with my rear left wheel and possibly the front left too,

there has been a creaking, which sometimes almost sounds like a popping at times? would this be the brakes?
if so, what is the problem and how can it be fixed?

try checking the shocks on that side all the way up as far as the rubber dampner, try spraying a bit of spray oil on it and if the noise go's out of it you know to change it. ps check the break as well while you there and this may not be the problem

so it could be the shocks?
i dunno because i usually only hear it under soft braking?

mate it could be anything from the brakes to stuffed bearing,,get the lot checked before it becomes dangerous

how would i go about getting it checked?
what sort of places would i go? or can any mechanic be able to check the problem?

mine does this too (same gutter contact, same noises)

would be interested in finding out what the prob is.

gonna replace rotor when i get time (ive got 1 there just gotta get time)

I'd take it to a diff or a suspension place.
Any mechanic would be better than not getting it checked.
