Where is a Good Brake specialist?

Anyone know of a good brake place in western sydney?
I'm looking at getting some DBA rotors & Bendix Ultimates fitted to replace the crap stock items. I've always had problems with my mechanic doing my brakes so I want someone who really knows what they are doing.
