Wide as hell soft 15" tyres?

Well Heathcote is around the corner again and I wanna play with some different tyres this time round. Before you say my car isn't modded enough to worry about traction, I'll have a 5 speed and full exhaust by then. Not that traction should be a worry then either, I can just dump the clutch at a higher RPM

Basicly, does anyone out there make any 15" tyres, about 225-235 wide, with a treadwear rating of, oh, something under 100? Profile doesn't really matter, but I spose 50/55 would be the best.

I guess I'm gonna pay for something that soft and wide, but it's worth a shot I spose.

Try getting some r-type tyres, ie road legal racing tyres. Much stickier, although not optimised for drags. Race teams usually sell their old tyres with some life left cheaply.

Most good Tyre places should be able to get you R spec tyres.
Why not try some Fat Kuhmo's?
Generally they are pretty stick.

i had the exact opposite reaction to the turanzas' 3.08:1 diff and 4speed DEAD stock, could arc them up with 3/4 throttle with ease.
