I reckon they ought to, the basic components of the suspension from EA-EL are all the same.

I'd have to say a maybe. Not sure the changes made between Ea to EF, but i know on the back end from EF - EL they changed the mount point of the watts linkage. Best to see a suspension specialist and ask whether an aftermarket sway bar is the same for EA-EF.
