Xr8 Wheels

Has any one seen the 17''BAXR8 wheels that have been for sale on EBAY? Id like a set for my BAXR6 ute. They must be after market wheels. Im wondering if they look as good as the genuine Ford 18'' wheels.

I have the replica BA XR8 wheels on my car. They are identical to the originals.

I'll vouch for that...I saw fairmont1998's wheels a few weeks ago and are real good....only change was the grove in the spoke is slightly longer (or shorter)....would need a real good eye to pick it though.

Cheers

Brad

Re: Xr8 Wheels

I bet Ford would be real impressed with these copy wheels which would sell for a fraction of the cost

Re: Xr8 Wheels

yeh ford charges around $650 for each wheel as opposed to buying the knock offs for around $270 each! i'm getting custom centre caps made for mine though.

I got them from Wheels Direct in Melbourne. They are the company that has them up on ebay now and then too.

As Brad said, the only difference is the groove in each spoke is a few mm longer.

Darin.
