I have an EA SPAC and I have just fitted Lovells super low springs to the rear so the car is level. It has Monroe shocks which were working well with the original springs. It now act like a pogo stick with the new springs. What needs to be done to fix this problem. Cheers

you need to change the shocks to a lowered shock im tipping your running sensatrac or simalar which work ok at standard height thats how the are designed to stiffen on rebound and soften on recoil and you have just put the shockers foot valve into the recoil position full time +the coils are probably not retained properly when you jack the car up. cheers greg

clive got your pm thanks you are probably on a budget but try pedders give them a ring its not going to hurt but make sure you tell them its lowered .there short stroke shocks had 3 different types from memory but as usual the more the dollars the better you get. and dont forget to put the original bump stops onto the new shocks. shit now that i think of it i hope you did this when you lowered it ?????????cheers greg
