minivanman Registered User Join Date: Jun 2007 Posts: 1	02 Windstar frontend knocking noise Hi everyone. From time to time, I get a loud knocking/banging noise from the front end of my 02 Windstar that tends to subside after 5 or 10 minutes and always before I can get to the dealer to let them hear it. It seems to happen more when going over dips in the road as opposed to hard bumps. Any ideas on what this might be?
