How do I remove the interior engine cover I found 3 latches and it still does not come off. What am I missing?

Sorry I can't help but maybe you can try going to the library and getting a haynes or chilton book on you particular car.

There are three latches that secure the interior engine cover on an Aerostar. To remove the engine cover, you must also drop the computer, which is a black steel box right under the ash tray, by removing two 1/4" hex nuts at either end of the box. Then, you must remove the cup holder by removing the single phillips head screw in the center of the junk holder part of the cup holder. It's still tricky, and you have to flex the cover to get it off. Make sure to get the clips back on properly when you replace, or you will hear/smell engine noise/odors.

look up under the dash there is the module that controls rear abs ther is 2 8mm nuts that hold it on remove that and the dog house comes right out.
