Hey, i have a 1999 Ford Windstar LX, with a 3.8 at about 160,000. My question to you is, is there any performance parts/accessories that i can use to help improve my mpg/hp or anything? i have a aftermarket ram air intake. Thats about it so far, any suggestions? thanks

If ya find any let me know...I tired of sucking at 19 to 20 mpg's when empty. That's not much better than my Ram 1500..

You guys should move to Canada. I put my Durango back on 87 octane. It's $1.30/L here, with the dollar roughly on par, that's $4.914/US gallon. If you want to cry, lets trade pump prices for a while.

Now, TKO, you're in luck. Not sure you really want to spend the cash, but it's a viable option; a 3.8L stroker kit for engines from 1984-2004! Tom Morana Racing Engines I'm sure there are other goodies available that can be altered if that doesn't work (check out the 3.0L section).
