2000 windstar minivan gauge problem

gauges flipping out can someone help. they go from side to side real fast up and down

Al the time, when starting, intermittant? All the gauges, speedo etc.

Yes right after I start up and plus while driving intermittant they flip out then go back to normal.

Sounds like it's probably poor connections, more than likely the battery terminals. Start by cleaning them.

The negative side on the battery terimnal was corroded I cleaned it about two weeks ago and put it back on tight. The problem stopped for about a week then started again.I didnt touch the postive side because it wasnt corroded.
